Our BAR offers a menu of small, gourmet bites during service hours — a friendly standing space where glasses and plates come together.
Our BISTRO boasts a 180-degree view over the Orb Valley. It serves simple, high-quality cuisine that respects both ingredients and seasons, in a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.
Everything is à la carte, giving you the freedom to compose your meal just the way you like it, choosing from our carefully prepared starters, mains, and desserts.
Our menu now changes every two months, following the seasons and our inspirations. Our daily special also changes every day to ensure freshness and variety at lunchtime.
On weekdays at lunch, enjoy the daily special for €14, with the option to add a glass of wine for €2 and a coffee for €1.
You can savour a complete lunch for just €17.
To complement the Chef's cuisine, we offer a carefully curated wine list, with a focus on natural and biodynamic wines.
